Collaborating with Doc Hendley, a bartender-turned-accidental humanitarian, Mark ghostwrote the memoir Wine to Water, published by Penguin/Avery in 2012. Garnering many positive reviews and a five-star rating from readers on Amazon.com, Wine to Water was also selected as the ‘Freshman Read’ for numerous top universities including Florida State, Indiana University, and the University of North Carolina. Mark is currently at work on a new historical fiction book based on the Great Depression.
